First we've through to relieve pain with a cube of ice, then you can remove these bumps from Mal's face with an injection, then you have to use a cotton swab to remove these dirt from her face. You are almost done, but we suggest you to pick up the tweezers to take out these stick that are in skin face, then use a special spray that will make her skin look like before and Mal, the mysterious girl from Descendants is beautiful like before.
